CARAMEL CREAM TREATS
INGREDIENTS
- ½ Packet crushed Tennis biscuits
- 30 ml lemon juice
- 1 Tin of Clover whipped cream
- 1 Tin of caramel
DIRECTIONS
- Crush the Tennis biscuits using your Kitchen Master with the course blade.
- Mix the crushed biscuit, Lemon Juice and oil together to make a paste.
- In a small serving cup, place one tablespoon of the crushed biscuit mix.
- Add one teaspoon of caramel and top with one dollop of fresh whipped cream.
- Serve immediately
CREAMY MUSTARD COLESLAW
INGREDIENTS
SAUCE
- 5 tbsp Nola Ultra Creamy Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp mild mustard
- ½ tsp garlic
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
COLESLAW
- ½ green baby cabbage
- ¼ red baby cabbage
- 1 big carrot – shredded
- 1 tsp sugar
- ½ tsp garlic
DIRECTIONS
SAUCE
- Mix all the ingredients together in a medium sized salad bowl.
COLESLAW
- Place all the ingredients for the Coleslaw in your Freshware Chopper and chop until fine. The more you chop it the finer it gets.
- Mix the coleslaw into the sauce and serve immediately.
- Serve with Salty Cracks or Bacon Kips and sprinkle with Shredded cheddar cheese.
SPICY SUMMER SALSA
INGREDIENTS
- ¾ of half an onion (cut into quarters)
- 2 tomatoes (cut into quarters)
- ¼ green pepper (cut into cubes)
- 1 tsp ground salt
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 6 stems of fresh coriander
- 2 rounds of lemon juice
- 2 rounds of sweet chilli sauce
- 1 tsp garlic
- ½ green chilli
DIRECTIONS
- Place all the ingredients in your Freshware Chopper and chop until fine. The more you chop it the finer, it gets.
- Serve with Sweet Chilli Pepper Crisps
