CARAMEL CREAM TREATS

INGREDIENTS

  1. ½ Packet crushed Tennis biscuits
  2. 30 ml lemon juice
  3. 1 Tin of Clover whipped cream
  4. 1 Tin of caramel

DIRECTIONS

  1. Crush the Tennis biscuits using your Kitchen Master with the course blade.
  2. Mix the crushed biscuit, Lemon Juice and oil together to make a paste.
  3. In a small serving cup, place one tablespoon of the crushed biscuit mix.
  4. Add one teaspoon of caramel and top with one dollop of fresh whipped cream.
  5. Serve immediately

CREAMY MUSTARD COLESLAW

INGREDIENTS

SAUCE
  1. 5 tbsp Nola Ultra Creamy Mayonnaise
  2. 1 tbsp mild mustard
  3. ½ tsp garlic
  4. ½ tsp salt
  5. ½ tsp pepper
COLESLAW
  1. ½ green baby cabbage
  2. ¼ red baby cabbage
  3. 1 big carrot – shredded
  4. 1 tsp sugar
  5. ½ tsp garlic

DIRECTIONS

SAUCE
  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a medium sized salad bowl.
COLESLAW
  1. Place all the ingredients for the Coleslaw in your Freshware Chopper and chop until fine. The more you chop it the finer it gets.
  2. Mix the coleslaw into the sauce and serve immediately.
  3. Serve with Salty Cracks or Bacon Kips and sprinkle with Shredded cheddar cheese.

SPICY SUMMER SALSA

INGREDIENTS

  1. ¾ of half an onion (cut into quarters)
  2. 2 tomatoes (cut into quarters)
  3. ¼ green pepper (cut into cubes)
  4. 1 tsp ground salt
  5. 1 tsp ground black pepper
  6. 6 stems of fresh coriander
  7. 2 rounds of lemon juice
  8. 2 rounds of sweet chilli sauce
  9. 1 tsp garlic
  10. ½ green chilli

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place all the ingredients in your Freshware Chopper and chop until fine. The more you chop it the finer, it gets.
  2. Serve with Sweet Chilli Pepper Crisps
