½ Packet Crushed Tennis Biscuits
30 ml Lemon juice
1 Tin of Clover Whipped cream
1 Tin of Caramel

Crush the Tennis biscuits using your Kitchen master with the course blade.

Mix the crushed biscuit, Lemon Juice and oil together to make a paste.

In a small serving cup, place one tablespoon of the crushed biscuit mix.

Add one teaspoon of caramel and top with one dollop of fresh whipped cream.

Serve immediately
